ARTIFACT:

This is a shoulder patch for the United States Army 7th Corps, nicknamed the "Jayhawk Corps". The patch shows a seven-pointed red star bearing the Roman numerals VII in blue and white. 

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 3" in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT:

To be sewn onto uniform.
