This is a World War I United States Food Administration Member Pin. It has a shield on the obverse with an American flag pattern surrounded by a laurel.
VINTAGE:Circa WWI
SIZE:Approximately 13/16" in diameter
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt bronze and painted laminate.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety type pin with over-under catch

CONDITION:6+ (Fine-Very Fine): Light wear and oxidization. The maker mark on the back is scratched and some of it is difficult to make out due to wear.
