Wonderful WWII UK-Made USAAF Glider Pilot Wing with Period-Applied Battle Star

This is a wonderful World War II United States Army Air Forces glider pilot wing made in the United Kingdom. There is a period-applied battle star over the G at the center of the wing.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 13/16" in height by 3" in width.

Plated brass.

Horizontal British kick (Y) pin with C catch; brads securing star.
