Description

ARTIFACT:

Wonderful circa 1880's - 1890's Colorado 'stock' Deputy Sheriff 6 point star badge. The reverse shows the earliest Sachs & Lawlor Company of Denver hallmark. The intricately detailed badge reads: "DEPUTY SHERIFF" in black detail. A great 'Old West' badge.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1880's – 1890's.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-1/8" x 2-1/8".

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel-plated nickel.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical safety style pin.
