This is a Wonderful Circa 1902 Yonkers New York 2nd Issue, 2nd Type, Police Sergeant Jacket & Hat Badge Set. Unmarked, but made by S.A. French. Hat Badge has original Cotter pin! Hat Badge was originaly Nickel Plated Nickel 2nd Issue 1st type.

VINTAGE: Circa 1902.

SIZE: Approximately Jacket Badge: 2-7/8" in height x 2-3/16" in width. Hat Badge: 2-5/16" in height x 2-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-Plated Brass Jacket Badge, Gilt Nickel-Plated Nickel Hat Badge.

ATTACHMENT: Jacket Badge: Vertical kick pin with tube type catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a police and law enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VABJJZ21 LCCGEX06/13/22

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent): The Jacket badge shows minor wear and Hat badge shows minor to moderate wear with original cotter pin.
