ARTIFACT:
Wonderful 1927 Lindbergh Reception/Banquet Menu from the Hotel Adolphus in Dallas, Texas in September of 1927. The front reads: "HONORING COLONEL CHARLES A. LINDBERGH" and the pages inside include the title page, short writing selection by Hilton Greer that reads "LINDBERGH MAY 20 – 21, 1927" at the top and a sketch on the page opposite. The following pages are the menu and list of toasts, a two page written piece by President Calvin Coolidge titled: "THE FLIGHT OF THE LONE EAGLE", the final page is the reception page and all pages are bound by blue string.
