1950's 1960's Women's Aviation Association Lapel Pin featuring a center propeller embellishment that spins! The Ninety-Nines, a women's aviation group founded in 1929 at Curtiss Field on Long Island, New York. Two years later it was officially for the ninety-nine charter members under President Amelia Earhart.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950's 1960's
SIZE:Approximately 3/4" x 5/8".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass
ATTACHMENT:Post with ball top tie tack locking clutch back.
