This is a great old circa 1950 member lapel pin for the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA), founded in 1948 in Texas. The pin is an enameled shield with a horn.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950.
SIZE:Approximately 9/16" in height and 3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The pin shows light wear and has a minor spot of oxidation to the reverse only.
