VINTAGE:Circa 1932.
SIZE:About 2-1/2" in width by 1" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt silver with red, white and blue enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal safety-style pin with a "C" catch.
