This is a circa 1930s gas station attendant hat badge for Gulf Oil. Started in Spindletop, Texas, Gulf has been around since 190Gulf was in its first decade of being a major corporation when this particular patch would have been worn.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930's.
SIZE:Approximately 2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.

CONDITION:7- (Very Fine-): The patch shows some moderate wear and has an area of minor soiling.
