ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1930s tire salesman award pin for B. F. Goodrich Company by Josten. The pin has a delicate design with an enameled G at its center balanced by a diamond shape on either side studded with a ruby or garnet chip. The pin reads WREATH AND WAR, and was awarded for achieving a certain minimum of tire sales.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 5/8" in height and 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-filled with enamel, semi-precious stone chips.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: JOSTEN 1/10 10K GF.
