Vintage 1900 Pepsin Gum 'Little Pinkies' Boot Black Shine Pin

This is a circa 1900 "Little Pinkies" celluloid advertising pin for the American Pepsin Gum Company by Whitehead & Hoag. There were several collectible designs for this pin: this one features a simian-featured "e;boot black shine"e; character.

Circa 1900.

Approximately 7/8" in diameter.

Celluloid-wrapped tin, paper backing.

Straight pin.
