This is a Vietnamese-made United States Air Force 14th air commando wing flash. The flash is arc-shaped and reads 14 TH AIR COMDOWG.

Circa Vietnam War.

2-1/2" height and 5-1/8" width.

Canvas patch embroidered in black cotton/silk/polyester threads.
