Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a Vietnamese handmade jacket patch for the United States Air Force 34th Tactical Group. The patch shows a roaring tiger's head at center ringed with a border of stars and reads VIGILANTES.

VINTAGE:

Circa Vietnam War.

SIZE:

4-3/8" diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Twill embroidered in multi-colored cotton/silk/polyester threads.

ITEM NOTES:

This is from a United States Air Force collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MAJX07 LAGEX8/10 SADBX2/11

CONDITION:

8- (Very Fine-Excellent): Patch shows light wear with some unraveling near the edge.
