Victorian 5th Scots Guards Officers Cap Badge in Silver<p>NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

This is a Victorian-era 5th Scots Guards officer's cap badge. The badge is reminiscent of a sunburst and shows a thistle at center surrounded by the motto of the Order of the Thistle: NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT (no one harms me with impunity).

Circa 1890s.

1-15/16" height and 1-15/16" width.

Hand-chased silver with gold-plated brass.

Two loop attachments with stabilizer pin with two separate loops.
