Very Salty WWII USAF/USN Miniature Escape and Evasion Compas

ARTIFACT:

Great United States Army Air Forces Escape and Evasion Miniature Compass. These secret 'North Seeking' magnetic compasses were issued to USAAF/USN, allies, paratroopers, etc. This is a classic design featuring a square plate with two dots of radium paint and a red tip indicating North. The most well-known versions of these secret compasses were hidden within the brass uniform buttons.

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine):

The Evasion compass shows minor to moderate wear, and works well and overall, it is in very fine condition.
