Very Rare WWII US AAF WASP Collar Insignia

This is a very rare World War II United States Army Air Force Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) collar insignia. The pin is shaped like the letters W.A.S.P.

Circa World War II.

3/8" height and 1-1/16" width.

Gold-plated brass.

Two posts with clutchback catches.

Reverse of catches list PAT PEND numbers.
