Very Rare Circa 1919-1920 US Air Service Pilot Wing in Unmarked Silver Massive Construction

This is a very rare circa 1919-1920 United States Air Service pilot wing in a massive construction. The wing is in unmarked silver and has a rarely used "half-cock" locking catch.

Circa 1919-1920.

Approximately 13/16" in height and 3" in width.

Silver (unmarked).

Horizontal pin with "half-cock" locking catch.
