This is a very rare China-Burma-India theatre-made United States Army Airborne tab. The tab was for use by glider-borne pilots attached to the 10th Air Force.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:1-5/16" height and 3-1/4" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Red twill patch embroidered in red and white cotton threads with gingham backing.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MCJX97 LAGEX5/10 SAGEX6/10
CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): Patch shows light wear.
