Very Nice WWII US Navy Sweetheart Pin in Mother of Pearl

This is a World War II United States Navy sweetheart pin in mother of pearl. The pin is in two pieces, with a bar at the sop reading SWEETHEART from which a star with a yellow stone dangles. The suspended bottom part of the pin is heart-shaped and reads US NAVY.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2-3/8" in height and 1-5/8" in width.

Mother of pearl, brass, yellow stone.

Horizontal safety-style pin; suspension loops.
