ARTIFACT: This is a very early type, circa 1900's - 1910's motorcycle rider or cowboy "kidney" hide kidney belt. The belt is a large size, will fit a waist size 36" or possible a bit larger. From the time period this is from, it is difficult to say whether this was from a Cowboy's waist or a Motorcycle Rider's, each being equally as likely in this early style.

VINTAGE: Circa Early 1900's-10's

SIZE: Approximately 36" waist size, 4" width

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Vat-dyed hide, possibly horse. Iron and brass studs

ATTACHMENT: Two Iron belt buckles

MARKINGS: None

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Wester collectibles collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay04/27/20 MDJX17 LCGEX03/17

CONDITION: 5+ (Fine-): There are a total of two studs missing from the belt, and the hide is worn. The dye is cracking, revealing the hide underneath.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
