Circa 1900's – 1910's Philadelphia Bureau of Street Cleaning Special Inspector badge. The coin silver, gold-fill badge features the State Seal in the center in nice raised detail and surrounding it reads: "SPECIAL INSPECTOR BUREAU OF STREET CLEANING" in dark blue enamel detail. The outer edge shows two enamel rings, one of yellow and the other of light blue.

Vertical pin with drop in locking swivel catch. Period replacement of pin hinge.

7- (Very Fine-): The pin shows minor to moderate surface wear, period replacement of pin hinge, much of the gold fill and enamel details remain intact, overall very fine condition.
