ARTIFACT:
Very cool, late 1930's - early WWII Pensacola Naval Air Station Assembly and Repair department ID badge named to USN Chief Captain's Mate Franklin L. Young. The ID badge reads: "A & R DEPT. 2676 PENSACOLA U.S. NAVAL AIR STATION" in black lettering. The center displays a paper insert that reads: "YOUNG, FRANKLIN L. 711 91 23, CCM(T)" in typewritten ink. The badge features a red painted plate that reads: "DIV. 1400" and the reverse shows the number: "4180".
