This is a 1967 United States Navy book on the deployment of the USS Constellation (CVA-64) supercarrier to Yankee Station in the Gulf of Tonkin, Vietnam during 196The Constellation, along with USS Ticonderoga, had previously been the first aircraft carriers to carry out bombing strikes, and the Constellation would also be the last US carrier vessel to do so in 197The book has many candid as well as formal photographs, in black and white and color, documenting the ship's activities from April to December of 196The book was published by Walsworth of Marceline, Missouri.
VINTAGE:Circa 1967.
SIZE:300 pages with black and white illustrations; approximately 12-1/4" in height and 9-1/2" in width and 1-1/8" in thickness.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Painted cloth-covered cover, glossy textured paper.

CONDITION:6+ (Fine-Very Fine): The book has some minor separation at the binding (see photo) and some wear/yellowing to the cover (especially on reverse). No rips, stains or writing inside (some minor creases at corners).
