USAF Patch Oct 1964 Tanson Nhut Airfield 19 Air Commandp Squadron Assigned to 315th TCG

This is a patch for the United States Air Force 311th Troop Carrier Squadron, 315th Troop Carrier Group, which had an affiliation with the 19th Air Commando Squadron. The patch reads 311 TCS 315 TROOP CARRIER GROUP ADVENIAM, but shows the red and white parachutes of the air commando squadron.

Circa Vietnam War.

4-1/4" width.

Yellow canvas patch embroidered in red, white and black cotton/silk/polyester threads with a muslin backing.
