ARTIFACT: Unusual 1930's Red Cross First Aid Graduate badge from American Radiator and Standard Sanitary Corporation. The white celluloid badge shows the emblem at the top center and reads: "RED CROSS" in red detail. The center of the badge reads: "FIRST AID GRADUATE" and beneath: "AMERICAN RADIATION & STANDARD SANITARY CORP." A maker's mark along the edge is difficult to read but shows: "BASTIAN BROS. CO. ROCHESTER, N. Y."

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/2" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Celluloid, steel, brass pin

ATTACHMENT: Brass safety style pin.

MARKINGS: "BASTIAN BROS. CO. ROCHESTER, N. Y."

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The badge shows minor to moderate wear and slight age discoloration, overall very fine condition.
