ARTIFACT: This is an unnumbered, and perhaps unissued, circa 1930s-World War II Security Patrol badge for the United States Maritime Administration. The badge has an eagle, crest and anchor at its center with painted detailing.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s-World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2-15/16" in height and 2-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome-plated brass with painted details.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with C catch.

MARKINGS: GREEN DUCK CO. CHICAGO and union marks.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Maritime Administration collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MVCX11 LIGEX9/11

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The badge shows almost no wear and some very minor bleeding on a few of the painted areas.
