Unknown WWI-1920s E. European (?) Wing Badge Modeled on French Fix Wing

This is a very cool unidentified circa World War I or 1920's eagle badge, cast from or modeled after a French "Fix" wing. The item is most likely a hat badge, and is possibly for an Eastern European Air Force or Aviation Corps. The wings on the eagle curve back slightly and the badge is very three-dimensional.

Circa World War I - 1920's.

Approximately 5/8" in height and 2-9/16" in width.

Gilt brass.

Single screw post, disc backing, clip (one clip is missing).

None.
