This is a 1953 "Merry Xmas" pin from the United States Air Force 6155th Air Base Squadron Korea K-4The base known as K-46 was at Hoengsong. The pin is very nicely enameled and is Korean-made. It is not in Christmas colors, but has a small white cross at the top.
VINTAGE:Circa 1953 (Korean War).
SIZE:Approximately 7/8" in height and 7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Air Force collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MDX03 LFJX6/13
CONDITION:8- (Fine-Very Fine): The pin has spots of tarnish on the reverse only.
