ARTIFACT: This is a 1953 "Merry Xmas" pin from the United States Air Force 6155th Air Base Squadron Korea K-46. The base known as K-46 was at Hoengsong. The pin is very nicely enameled and is Korean-made. It is not in Christmas colors, but has a small white cross at the top.

VINTAGE: Circa 1953 (Korean War).

SIZE: Approximately 7/8" in height and 7/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Air Force collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MDX03 LFJX6/13

CONDITION: 8- (Fine-Very Fine): The pin has spots of tarnish on the reverse only.
