Korean War USAF 336th Fighter-Interceptor Squadron Rocketeers Jacket Patch Japanese-Made

This is a beautiful circa early Korean War jacket patch for the United States Air Force 336th Fighter-Interceptor Squadron, also known as the "Rocketeers". The 336th earned their second and third Distinctive Unit Citations for Korean War service. The patch is Japanese-made and is in fully embroidered silk. It shows a rocket ship decorated with stars and stripes shooting through the atmosphere on a diagonal.

Circa early Korean War.

Approximately 8-3/8" in height and 4-3/4" in width.
