Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1920s guard/watchman badge for the Call's Police Signal Company of Chelsea, Massachusetts: they are now incorporated. The badge is in a radiator style.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1920s.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-3/4" in height and 2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickeled brass, painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

None.
