This is a circa 1920s or 1930s hat badge for the Chelsea, Massachusetts Police Department. The badge is numbered 180. It was possibly re-plated during the 1930s.

Circa 1920s-1930s.

Approximately 2-1/8" in height and 1-15/16" in width.

Chrome-plated brass (period re-plating).

Single screw post with brass disc backing.
