This is a Tiny Old 1930's - 1940's California Highway Patrol Lapel Badge by Irvine & Jachens.

1930's - 1940's.

Approximately 5/8" in height x 5/8" in width.

Gold Plated & Hard Fired Blue Enameled Brass.

Vertical pin with drop in locking catch.
