Stunning 1930s California Detective Badge by Irvine & Jachens

This is a stunning circa 1930s California detective badge by Irvine & Jachens of San Francisco. The front of the badge lists the badge license number. The badge is in beautiful condition and has a three-dimensional gilt star at is center.

Circa 1930s.

Approximately 2-5/8" in height and 1-5/8" in width.

Plated brass, gilt brass, .

Vertical kick pin with forked locking catch.

CALIF. LIC. 2279 on front; IRVINE & JACHENS S.F. JWU NO. 7 UNION MADE mark.
