This is a rare theatre-made United States Army 322nd Signal Battalion distinctive insignia. The insignia is a crest with a star design at center and alternating amber and white diagonal stripes at the borders.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:1-1/8" height and 7/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Copper-plated brass with multi-colored enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety-style pin.
