ARTIFACT: This is a 1967 commemorative book entitled "The Fortunes of War: The 492nd Bomb Group on Daylight Operations" from the Kenn C. Rust WWII Series. The book is by Allan G. Blue and was published in 1967.

VINTAGE: Circa 1967.

SIZE: 96 pages with black and white photographs; approximately 10-1/2"e; in height and 7-3/8" in width and 1/4" in thickness.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Glossy stock cover, paper, remnant of original cellophane packaging clinging to covers (plastic has been slit lengthwise at edge).

ATTACHMENT: Glued binding.
