Super high quality sterling WWII 'E' Pin by Josten's awarded to Flourcity Ornamental Iron Co. The oval shaped pin is enameled sterling and reads: "E – FOR PRODUCTION" across the top, the E is white enamel. The center features a blue enamel disc that reads: "UNITED STATES NAVY" with artillery crossed over an anchor and reading: "BUREAU OF ORDINANCE" below. There were many different 'E' pins, some denoting war stamps purchased, and others like this one presented to companies who heavily contributed to the war effort on the Homefront, the bottom reads: "FLOURCITY ORNAMENTAL IRON CO."
