This is a sterling silver World War II United States Merchant Marine officer's collar insignia by A.E. Co. The pin shows a crest at center bearing an anchor, and the points of the compass grace the border.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 15/16" in diameter.

Gold-plated sterling silver.

Vertical pin with a come-under locking swivel catch.
