This is a sterling silver United States Army combat infantry badge from World War II. The badge shows a rifle on a blue enameled background wreathed by oak leaves.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 3" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver with enamel, brass catches.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutch-back catches.
MARKINGS:STERLING.
ITEM NOTES:The badge you receive will either be the one pictured or one in similar condition. This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX97 LEEX1/11 SEJX05/17/25
CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The badge is in nice shape with light wear and tarnish only on reverse.
