Circa World War II.

3/8" height and 1-1/8" width.

Sterling silver with white enamel.

Single screw post with disc backing and one stabilizing pin.

BASTIAN BROS. CO. ROCH NY STERLING on reverse of pin; BASTIAN BROS. CO. ROCHESTER NY with maker's mark on reverse of backing.
