This is a Spanish Civil War Nationalist Forces Helmet Named to Sargento Luis Castro WWI Italian Re-Issue. These were sent by Italy to Franco's Forces in Spain.
VINTAGE:Spanish Civil War.
SIZE:Approximately 6" in height x 8-9/16" in width x 11-1/4" Length in front to back
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Painted steel, canvas, leather, steel buckle.
ATTACHMENT:Leather chin strap.
MARKINGS:Sargento Luis Castro
ITEM NOTES:This is from a foreign militaria collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MAFJV21 LFGEX02/17/22
CONDITION:6- (Fine): The helmet shows moderate to heavy wear, and patina.
