Description
ARTIFACT:
Interesting small United States Army "GI" lighter grouping of Jewish soldier Henry Satenstein. This grouping includes a Ronson lighter that shows the initials: "HS" and the year 1944 and is engraved: "GUADALCANAL 42 - 43" with lovely embellishments surrounding. A single NOK (Next of Kin) Dog Tag that reads: "HENRY SATENSTEIN AN 31019641 LENA SATENSTEIN 41 HOLYOKE ST. MALDEN, MASS.". The grouping also includes an island-made ID bracelet out of the aluminum from a crushed Japanese aircraft that reads: "HENRY SATENSTEIN 31019641" and a ring that is made from a United States Half Dollar.
