This is a signed circa 1940s or 1950s Hopi silver eagle and kachina pin. A kachina is a spiritual manifestation of any natural object or concept revered in many Pueblo tribal cultures. The pin is simple in design and flat.
VINTAGE:Circa 1940s-1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/4" in height and 1-11/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:Sun-shaped maker marks.
