Scarce WWII United States Coast Guard pair of Chief Boatswain (Warrant Officer) sleeve rate. The gorgeous bullion rate depicts crossed anchors above a US Shield on black wool felt.

Approximately 2-1/2" x 1-3/8"

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Bullion embroidered wool felt, treated gauze, cotton thread.
