Scarce WWII USAAF Airborne Engineers Arc Sewn to Headquarters Patch

This is a scarce circa World War II United States Army Air Forces Airborne Engineers arc sewn to a Headquarters shoulder patch. The patch shows a winged star and the attached red tab reads AIRBORNE.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 3-1/8" in height and 2-13/16" in width.

Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

Arc and patch have been sewn together.
