Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces air crew wing in the Amcraft pattern, although it is unmarked. The wing has a high polish and its original lacquer finish.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 7/8" in height and 3-1/8" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

Sterling.

ITEM NOTES:

This is from a WWII USAAF wing collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-JST-20-14 LAAEX6/14 SLAJEX7/15 SRET06/23

CONDITION:

8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing has light wear/tarnish.
