This is a World War I Winchester Firearms war worker badge. The badge reads WAR SERVICE MUNITIONS MANUFACTURE and shows a soldier holding a rifle against a cityscape with a crest of stars and stripes.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:About 1-1/2" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Copper-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal brass bar and pin with "C" catch.
MARKINGS:GORHAM CO. G.T. BREWSTER CO. on front and WINCHESTER 16395 on reverse.
