Scarce WWI United States Army Nurse Corps Officer collar insignia with white enamel cypher. The pin is in the shape of a caduceus and features the letters: "ANC" applied to the center with riveted construction.

7+ (Very Fine+): The collar insignia shows minor to moderate wear, small spot of enamel loss at bottom of letter: "C" does not detract, much of the plated and enamel details remain, overall very fine condition.

As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
