This is a scarce World War I United States Army Nurse Corps collar insignia. The insignia shows a caduceus with the intertwined letters "ANC".

Circa World War I.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 7/8" in width.

Gilt and blackened brass.

Vertical pin with tongue-style catch.
