ARTIFACT: This is a scarce US Maritime Service Officer Lapel Pin from WWII. It's made of gold fill on sterling silver. The pin depicts and eagle and anchor inside a laurel. Under the wings of the eagle reads "U.S. M.S." To signify the United States Maritime Service.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately ½" x ¾

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold fill on sterling silver

ATTACHMENT: Screwback pin

MARKINGS: 1/20 10K + STER

CONDITION: 6 (Fine+): Most of the gold is work off of the sterling silver.
